Volunteer Advocate Training - Brazos County
The Sexual Assault Resource Center will begin its 91st Advocate Training Class on Monday, October 16th, 2017 in Brazos County. The 40-hour training class is open to all individuals interested in serving as an advocate for survivors of sexual violence, their family members and loved ones. The Advocate Training Program is free and certified by the Office of the Attorney General. Anyone interested in volunteering may contact Caroline Adams at (979) 731-1000 between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.  Applicants must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
