Trauma Therapy Services
SARC has highly trained Master's level trauma therapists who help people heal from sexual trauma. We use different methods of counseling, including Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
We provide FREE survivor trauma therapy services to survivors over the age of 13, who have experienced sexual violence.
Therapy sessions usually occur either weekly or bi-weekly. To schedule an appointment, call our 24-Hour Hotline at (979) 731-1000.
